Packages are generally shipped within 2/3 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo or any other carrier with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature, depending on the value of the product.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In accordance with article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products ordered for reimbursement. Animolz gives you the possibility to return your order and thus obtain an exchange or a refund, within 15 days. This period starts from the day of receipt of your order. Before any return, please contact our customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact form.
To proceed with the return request for your order, follow these steps:
- Sign into your account
- Go to the "Order history and details" section
- Click on the "Details" tab on the order concerned by the return
- Further down the page, go to the "RETURN OF GOODS" section
- Select the item (s) you wish to return and specify the reason for return in the text box provided for this purpose
- Validate, by clicking on the button "SEND AN ARTICLE"
The item (s) concerned will be automatically added to the “Product returns” section. You can return to this section at any time in "My account - Product returns" to see all your requests for product returns.
- Wait until the return request is validated by the team
- Once validated by the team, we will send you a prepaid return label so that you can return the package.
- The products must be returned to Zoomalia.com in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), duly sealed, and accompanied by the invoice corresponding to the purchase.
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will send you a refund for your order.
